Sadly, it doesn’t work that way the vast majority of the time, which leaves guys to decipher signals and largely to struggle in their quest to know if a girl is into you<\/SPAN>. Thankfully women do send signals and if you know what to look for and how to read them you can discover if a girl’s into you with relative ease.<\/p>\n

1. It sounds so simple but so few people of both sexes seem willing to recognize and accept this fact: if the girl is into you then she’ll be available to you. When we like someone our minds get clouded, which is why we cling to the idea that someone likes us when they’ve made it awfully clear by coming up with lame excuses as to why they’re not available next weekend or the weekend after that, etc. If she’s into you then when she turns you down for a particular night she’ll immediately let you know when her next free night is. If she’s not into you she’ll just tell you she’s not available that night. In short, if she likes you then she’ll want badly to date you.<\/p>\n

2. It takes practice and it’s far from a perfect science, but you can glean a great deal of information from a girl’s body language. Is she playing with her hair, making excuses to initiate a little bit of physical contact, smiling lots, making eye contact, etc? The lean forward is particularly telling. If she’s interested she’ll unconsciously lean forward during the conversation to make it easier to talk and to tell you that she wants to hear more of what you’re saying. There are subtle ways the body can be positioned to indicate openness and when she’s demonstrating those you can be certain she’s into you.<\/p>\n

3. If she wants to know more about you it’s a great sign that she is into you<\/span>. This generally comes in the form of asking you questions to get a little more information out of you. Sometimes she’s searching for what you have in common and sometimes she just wants to learn for future use. The more you know about someone the more bonded you’ll be with them so don’t be afraid to share. Remember, she also wants to know if you’re interested in her so don’t be afraid to make it clear that you are. Ask her questions and answer hers fully.<\/p>\n

4. When she starts contacting you outside of dates it’s a great sign she’s into you enough that you’re in her thoughts frequently. Nowadays this tends to manifest as a quick text, a cell phone picture, or an email. It never has to be much because the point is not what’s said in the communication but the fact that she’s saying something at all. It means she’s thinking about you, which means she likes you. Be sure to respond to her contacts to let her know you have the same feelings (if you do).<\/p>\n

5. Introducing her to friends and\/or family is a great way to judge if she’s into you. If she likes you then she’ll work hard to impress them and get them to like her because she knows you care about it. If she’s not really into you then she’ll likely say hello and slink off into the background because there’s no point in getting invested in the life of a guy she has no plans on being with for long. The friends and family meetings tend to happen later in relationships so this one won’t come up much (if you’re a month or two into the relationship and she’s not into you then something is really wrong) but if you meet someone by chance or go on a double date early in the relationship it’s a great way to judge her interest.<\/p>\n
